If your order exceeds $100 CAD we will ship your package via express for free.
Due to COVID-19, shipping delays of 1 to 2 days might occur.
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is lost in mail, you are applicable for refund as well. Read more at refund policy page

It is designed to store your jewelry for a long-term. According to the product type, we will pack your order in the box with a velour pouch, ring box or 100% cotton bag.

1. How long does it take to ship out my order?
Your positive experience with BohoBoho is our priority #1 and we always try our best to ship your order the same day. If you placed an order after 5 pm. Vancouver Time, we will ship out your order the next business day. 2. Where are you based and where you ship from?
We are headquartered in Vancouver BC, Canada and ship all the orders from our warehouse directly.
3. Do you use any nickel, lead or cadmium in your jewelry?
No. We don't use metal alloys that contain nickel, lead or cadmium which causes allergies.
4. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. As stated above, we don't use any nickel, lead or cadmium which are the most popular metals to cause allergies. So, in this terms, our jewelry is hypoallergenic. But, some people might have allergies to copper, gold and silver or even platinum and these are the factors you should consider when choosing jewelry for yourself or someone else.

If you have any additional wishes about packaging or your order in general you can always leave a note at the cart page.
